“When I called your company just a few months ago to establish how we could expand our phone system little did I know that it would change the way we ran our business. What makes the story more remarkable is that you gave us the information we needed about our existing system and only mentioned Swyx at the last moment - my curiosity and your enthusiasm did the rest.

Moving away from traditional boxes on the wall (and a spaghetti of wires) to a purely computer/internet system seems so logical now and since the product is mature, I think we made the change at the best possible time.

The benefits it has given us are:-

• Additional incoming lines which are virtually free to install and run.
• More calls coming in; we were unaware how many people were trying to get through and giving up, probably going elsewhere.
• The ability to work from home, abroad or even in the car yet appearing to the outside world that we are sitting lazily in our offices as normal.
• As a manager being able to see who is free/busy or not available is a great asset but even that doesn’t compare to the screen popping which allows us to see who’s calling and bring up their entire details in less than a second.

All in all we are extremely pleased with the system.
